SHOUT OUT

I’m part owner of SMB and I’ve invested so much time and energy into this company.  There are some very important steps you must take if you want your company to be at the top of the list.  I’ll touch on one part which is to me one of the most important aspects of a company and that is your people, the ones who are at the grind all day long making your business give back a promise we made to our clients, to be the best, better than they expected.  I learned a long time ago that you are only as good as your team, I’m so very thankful this day we have an incredible team, but it is not easy finding good people, we’ve been in business a long time you learn so much as you go.  Thankfully I had a great family business owner take me under her wing and opened my eyes on what it takes to appreciate people, find their strengths, help them to succeed, be their best.  When you’ve got someone on your team who is all in, you better take care of them!   I just wanted to give a shout out to the SMB team in Austin TX, you rock!
